原发精索静脉曲张集束结扎(附70例报告)

摘要：

目的:探讨原发精索静脉曲张新的治疗方法.方法:70例原发精索静脉曲张患者,年龄16～38岁;Ⅰ度 6人,Ⅱ度39人,Ⅲ度25人.采用平卧位,外环口处切口,精索内静脉集束结扎,保留淋巴管,睾丸动脉,输精管.结果:70例患者,Ⅰ度患者,术后第2 d,症状消失,Ⅱ度患者术后第7 d,拆线后症状消失;Ⅲ度患者随诊6个月症状消失,1例阴囊水肿,8例不育者,6例精液明显改善,2例精液不液化.随诊3～6个月,未见有复发.结论:该手术方法简单,有效,避免复发的可能,改善精液的质量,是完全达到治愈精索静脉曲张的新方法.
